The salaries are ready before you ask

Each person's pay is worked out from their marks, for a monthly salary or a daily rate. Choose how the month is counted, Actual Working Days or a 30-Day Basis, and how much each kind of day pays: half days at half, sick leave unpaid, earned leave in full, or whatever your shop's rule is. Overtime adds to the days worked.

Advances come off the month you choose. When you pay, Mark Salaries Paid records the whole team in one go, starting from each person's net pay.
