Your month as a spreadsheet, or a PDF

The Export tab downloads attendance as a CSV, which opens in Excel: choose the team and the period — this month, last month, this year, or your own dates. The payroll summary comes the same way, a row per person with the working days, the days present, the advances taken off and the net pay.

Payment History saves as a CSV or a PDF for any stretch from 3 to 36 months, for one team or one person, and the stats table prints to a landscape A4 PDF of whatever period is on screen.

Your records are yours to take out at any time, on any plan, including the free one. A manager can download them too, if you give them the export switch.
