Cancellation and refunds
Refunds
| Situation | Refund |
|---|---|
| First purchase, within 7 days | Full refund, no questions asked. |
| First purchase, after 7 days | No refund. You keep access until the period you paid for ends. |
| A renewal, of any plan | No refund — a month or a year is long enough to decide. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid it. |
| We cannot provide the service | A fair refund of the unused period, whatever the dates. |
There is also a 7-day free trial with every feature and no card required, so you can judge the app before paying anything at all.
How to ask for a refund
- Email roznamcha@asmlabs.in from the address on the account.
- Put Refund in the subject, and name your organisation.
- You do not have to give a reason. If something went wrong, telling us helps us fix it, but it is not a condition.
We reply, usually within 7 working days, and approve eligible refunds the same day. Once approved, the money is returned to the card, account or UPI you paid from, through Razorpay, and normally reaches you in 5 to 7 working days. Banks occasionally take longer; nothing further is needed from you if that happens.
Cancelling
- Cancel any time — email roznamcha@asmlabs.in, or cancel from your payment provider.
- You keep everything you paid for until that period ends. Cancelling is not the same as a refund.
- Nothing is charged again after you cancel.
What happens to your records afterwards. Nothing is deleted because a payment stopped. When paid cover ends there are 3 days in which nothing changes at all. After that, if your organisation had more than 5 active staff on the day cover ended, it becomes view-only: you can still see every record, export CSV and PDF reports and download backups. Marking attendance, changing staff, recording money and restoring a backup in place pause until a plan is bought.
The full rule is section 6a of the terms.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please write to us first. Almost everything is settled in a single email, and it is faster than a bank dispute.
