Cancel a plan

Stop a paid plan yourself, any time. You keep everything you paid for until the period ends, and nothing is charged again.

  1. Sign in

    Only the owner of a business can cancel its plan.

  2. Check the plan

  3. Cancel

    The plan stays active until the date above, then stops. Nothing is charged after that.

What happens to your records afterwards. Nothing is deleted because a payment stopped. When paid cover ends there are 3 days in which nothing changes. After that, if your business had more than 5 active staff on the day cover ended, it becomes view-only: you can still see every record, export CSV and PDF reports and download backups; marking, staff changes and money records pause until a plan is bought. The full rule is in the terms, section 6a.

Cancelling is not a refund. Within 7 days of a first purchase you can have the whole payment back: see the refund policy.
